COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Lakeside Design & Construction is in the final
stages of permit approval for a site-condo development. This development
is for 50 individual home sites located on 56th Avenue, near
Polk Road, in Mears. The homes will be 1 and 1 1/2 story, 2 to possibly 4 bedroom homes. All homes will have a 2 stall
attached garages. Two to three models will be ready for touring the summer of 2003. This development is designed for retirement or family living.
Homes are completely maintenance free and optional handicap accessible.
